ThetaHealing® technique is a set of techniques that develops our physical intuitive skills so we can accurately understand our subconscious. Only then can we change the negative beliefs that are stored there and that do not serve us and create illness or imbalance in our lives. When replacing them with appropriate positive beliefs, the underlying cause of a disease subsides, the individual begins to self-regulate and enters a state of conscious life and total well-being in all areas of his life.
ThetaHealing® is a method of self-awareness, self-realization and spiritual growth, a method that can help heal the body and mind. It can be used by anyone, of all ages, even children and teenagers. No background is required. All cultures and all religions are welcomed. There is no requirement for special knowledge or experience in meditation techniques to start learning about Theta Healing.
