Anger is not the enemy; it is a signal that our needs are being ignored.

In this part of the seminar, you will discover:

  • ⚡ How to recognize anger as a message, not a threat

  • 🗣️ Ways of expressing anger that build connection instead of division

  • 🌱 How to turn explosive reactions into productive conversations


🧭 The 4 Choices in Difficult Situations

Learn to choose connection over defense. You will explore:

  • The four fundamental attitudes toward another’s pain

  • When to set boundaries, when to show understanding, and when to pause

  • How to manage tension without losing yourself


🧭 Overcoming Limiting Beliefs with NVC

Guilt, shame, and self-criticism often act as invisible weights. Through NVC practices, you will see:

  • How to change the internal language you use with yourself

  • How to release old patterns

  • How to cultivate authenticity without fear


🛡️ NVC & the Protective Use of Power

Power can become a bridge, not a weapon. In the seminar, we will clarify:

  • The difference between protection vs punishment

  • How to set boundaries with respect

Here we explore:

  • What appreciation means in NVC
  • How to receive gratitude without awkwardness. How to accept appreciation from others and feel worthy

  • How to express appreciation authentically, without exaggeration or obligation

  • How gratitude becomes a daily practice of connection. Use letters of gratitude and love as a tool for emotional connection to yourself and others

In a world that often promotes competition, we explore the power of collaboration:

To ensure smooth participation in the online seminar, please join the Zoom platform at least 10 minutes early on the first day. This ensures all participants can access the seminar without technical issues.

🕔 17:00 – 19:00 → Teaching (2 hours)
19:00 – 19:30 → Break (30 min)
🕢 19:30 – 21:30 → Teaching (2 hours)

🕙 10:00 – 12:00 → Teaching (2 hours)
12:00 – 12:30 → Break (30 min)

Total teaching hours: 12 hours

ℹ️ Participation Information

This seminar is held 2–3 times per year.


💳 Participation Fee

  • Tuition: €100

  • Seminar repeat: €50


💻 Delivery

The seminar is conducted online via Zoom.


👥 Attendance

  • The seminar is fully experiential and requires full participation on all days.

  • Partial attendance is not allowed.

  • Experiential training in Nonviolent Communication is based on practice, empathy, and interaction.

  • Full attendance ensures you can apply what you learn effectively and immediately.


📝 Registration & Payment

  • Registration is valid only after full payment.

  • Payment should be completed at least 2 weeks before the seminar, ideally 1 month in advance.


🔁 Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel after payment, a refund will be issued, minus €30 for administration fees, which you may use it as credit for another seminar.

  • After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with all details.
