🌱 Seminar Overview

🔥 How to Express Anger Without Being Destructive

Anger is not the enemy; it is a signal that our needs are being ignored.  Ways of expressing anger that build connection instead of division.

🧭 Overcoming Limiting Beliefs with NVC

Guilt, shame, and self-criticism often act as invisible weights. Through NVC practices, you will see: How to change the internal language you use with yourself and how to release old patterns.

🛡️ NVC & the Protective Use of Power

Power can become a bridge, not a weapon. In the seminar, we will clarify: The difference between protection vs punishment, and how to set boundaries with respect.

🌍 How We Can Empower Each Other
In a world that often promotes competition, we explore the power of collectivity.  We will see: How we can collaborate without fear of comparison.  How collective empowerment creates resilient and creative relationships.

💞 The True Meaning of Appreciation & Gratitude

  • What appreciation means in NVC. How to receive gratitude without awkwardness. How to accept appreciation from others and feel worthy. How to express appreciation authentically, without exaggeration or obligation.
  • How gratitude becomes a daily practice of connection. Use letters of gratitude and love as a tool for emotional connection to yourself and others.
